- Garlic Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Paprika: 1/4 tsp
- Salt: 1/4 tsp
- Ketchup: 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise: 1/4 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Sugar: 1 tsp
- Onion Powder: 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- Lightly toast the onion buns under the broiler or in a skillet until golden.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, then whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly add milk while whisking constantly until you have a smooth mixture.

- In a small skillet, heat the beef broth over low heat. Add the roast beef slices and warm gently until just heated through.
- Mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and onion powder to create the red ranch sauce.
- Spread a spoonful of red ranch sauce on the bottom bun. Layer warm roast beef generously, and then drizzle with the creamy cheddar sauce.
- Add another layer of red ranch sauce on the top bun and close the sandwich.
- Serve hot with curly fries or chips on the side for the full Arby’s experience.
Notes
For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the creamy cheddar sauce. You can also substitute high-quality roast beef for a better flavor.
