  • 2 oz white rum Use any preferred brand.
  • 1 oz coconut cream For a creamier texture.
  • 1 oz heavy cream Can substitute with coconut milk for a lighter version.
  • 6 oz fresh pineapple juice Freshly squeezed is preferred.
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice Adjust based on desired thickness.
  • Caramel sauce For drizzling on top.
  • Crushed salted pretzels For rimming the glass.
  • Pretzel stick For garnish.

Preparation

  • Rim the glass with crushed salted pretzels by dipping it into caramel sauce and rolling it in the pretzel crumbs.
  • In a blender, combine white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, fresh pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared glass.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  • Garnish with a pretzel stick and serve immediately.

Notes

For the best experience, chill your glass and use fresh ingredients when possible. Consider making a mocktail by omitting the rum.
