Salad Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced Granny Smith and Gala apples, finely diced celery, halved green seedless grapes, and chopped walnuts.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice and granulated sugar, then stir gently to coat.
  • Fold in the creamy mayonnaise mixture until combined.
