Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Mixing Batter

Baking
