Creamy Pepper Sauce

  • 4 tbsp creamy pepper sauce Adds a delicious, zesty kick.

Instructions
 

Caramelize the Onions

  • Heat a skillet over low heat. Add thinly sliced onions with a pinch of salt. Stir occasionally for about 20 minutes until the onions are golden brown and soft. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Form and Cook Patties

  • Shape ground beef into four oval patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Cook in the same skillet over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Set aside.

Prepare Creamy Pepper Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Assemble and Toast

  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of Texas toast. On the unbuttered side, spread a portion of the creamy pepper sauce, followed by a slice of cheese, beef patty, and caramelized onions. Top with another slice of cheese and close with another slice of toast (buttered side out). Toast in skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Serve
