Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  • In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix with the strawberry flavored gelatin.
  • Add in the mashed strawberries, including the juice.
  • Pour in the vegetable oil and crack in the four large eggs, followed by the half cup of water. Mix until smooth.
  • Carefully pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.

Baking
