Instructions
 

Marinating the Shrimp

  • Combine the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  • Add the shrimp, ensuring each piece is well-coated in the marinade. Let them soak for about 15 minutes.

Cooking the Shrimp

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat, then add the marinated shrimp and sauté until they turn golden-brown, about 3 to 5 minutes.

Stir-Frying the Vegetables

  • In the same pan, stir-fry the diced pineapple and bell peppers until they soften slightly.
  • Add the cooked rice along with soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing until heated through.
