  • 2 oz Malibu rum (or a non-alcoholic substitute if desired)
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

For the Frosting

  • 1 oz Malibu rum (for frosting, optional)
  • Whipped cream whipped cream (or for a lighter option, use non-dairy whipped topping)

Garnish

  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Preparation

  • Prepare your blender for the drink.
  • In the blender, combine 2 oz of Malibu rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 6 oz of fresh pineapple juice, 1 cup of chopped strawberries, and 1/2 cup of crushed ice.
  • Blend everything on high speed until the mixture is perfectly smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the blended drink into a chilled glass.

Frosting

  • For the Malibu frosting, mix your whipped cream with 1 oz of Malibu rum until well incorporated.
  • Spoon a generous dollop of the Malibu-infused whipped cream onto the drink.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries.

Notes
