Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice off the tops of the bread rolls to create a cavity. Save the crumbs.
  • Drizzle olive oil inside each roll, coating the interiors.
  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, garlic oil, Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until well coated.
  • Fill each hollowed bread roll with the spaghetti mixture.

Baking

  • Bake on a tray for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
