Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Add in the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch.
  • Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the dried black raisins, crushed walnuts, and dark chocolate chips.
  • Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  • Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
