Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Cut your tortillas into triangle wedges and arrange them in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.
  • Lightly brush or spray the chips with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the top.
  • Spread a small amount of marinara sauce on each tortilla chip.
  • Top evenly with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Add 2-3 mini pepperoni slices to each chip, distributing them evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of the chips are golden brown.
