Pistachio Cheesecake Layer

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix with melted butter, water, and egg until the batter is smooth.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add pistachio butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla, mixing until smooth.

Baking

  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  • Spoon dollops of the pistachio cheesecake mixture atop the brownie layer and swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  • Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
