Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and carefully separate each one. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  • Gently fold the biscuit around the cheese, pinching the edges to form a tight seal.
  • Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish and arrange the sealed cheese-stuffed biscuit balls inside.
  • Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each.

Baking

  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Don’t skip the garlic butter; add more garlic for a stronger flavor if desired. You can try different cheeses like cheddar for a unique twist. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen before baking.
