  • 1.5 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip) whipped and airy

For the pecan pie layer

  • 1 cup light corn syrup provides moisture
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed adds depth
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs for structure
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups chopped pecans crunchy and aromatic

For serving

  • ½ cup caramel sauce for drizzling
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust Layer

  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble damp sand.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish, forming an even crust layer; set aside.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer

  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and a splash of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping, then spread this mixture evenly atop the graham cracker crust.

Prepare the Pecan Pie Layer

  • In a bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and another touch of vanilla extract until combined.
  • Stir in the chopped pecans, then pour this mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.

Chill and Set

  • Refrigerate the pecan pie lasagna for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the layers to set and meld together.

Serve

  • Before serving, drizzle the top with caramel sauce and sprinkle over additional chopped pecans. Slice and enjoy!
