Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease your donut pan.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the cinnamon and the canned peach pie filling.
  • Spoon the donut batter into the greased pan, filling each donut well about two-thirds full.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Glazing

  • Prepare the cheesecake glaze by beating the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Notes
