Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and arrange the brioche slices in a single layer, slightly overlapping.

  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the brioche slices, ensuring that every piece is submerged. Press the bread down gently.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Spread the brown sugar mixture evenly over the top of the soaked bread.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and slightly puffed.

Serving
