  • 4 tbsp chia seeds Add nutritional density and a delightful crunch.
  • 5 dates Naturally sweet with caramel-like sweetness.
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or rice syrup Adds a touch of natural sweetness to balance the chocolate.
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter Adds creaminess and nutty flavor.
  • 750 ml almond milk or oat milk Provides a lovely base for achieving the right consistency.
  • Greek yogurt, to serve Thick and creamy topping.
  • Fresh berries, to serve Adds flavor and a refreshing finish.

Preparation

  • Combine 130 g of Čokolino Dark, 4 tablespoons of chia seeds, 5 dates, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter, and 750 ml of almond or oat milk in a blender.
  • Blend until a smooth, creamy mixture is achieved.
  • Divide the mixture between four cups, filling each cup evenly.
  • Cover and place them in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, add a generous scoop of Greek yogurt on top of the Čokolino and finish with a handful of fresh berries.

Notes

Soaking dates in warm water before blending can help achieve a smoother mixture. Experiment with different nut butters for unique flavors and consider adding granola on top for extra crunch.
