Instructions
 

Make the Cookie Dough Layer

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually mix in the heat-treated flour and salt until fully combined.
  • Stir in mini chocolate chips and M&M’s gently into the dough and set aside.

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the powdered sugar and a hint of vanilla extract, blending until combined.
