Filling Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk Adds a luscious texture to the chocolate layer.
  • 1 cup 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Essential for creating a rich chocolatey taste.
  • 2 cups 2 cups mini marshmallows Adds a fluffy texture and sweetness.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking dish to create a sturdy crust.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour half of the melted chocolate over the prepared crust and sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly on top.
  • Drizzle the remaining chocolate mixture over the marshmallows, ensuring they’re covered.
  • Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Once firm, cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

To keep the slice fresh, cut into squares and store in an airtight container. It can be frozen for up to three months.
