Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise.

  • Spread the garlic butter evenly on the cut sides of the bread.
  • Generously top with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle with grated parmesan.

Baking

  • Place the prepared loaves on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve.
