Preparation

  • Take a large bowl and combine the cubed sharp cheddar and creamy Havarti cheeses.
  • Add the vibrant slices of bell pepper, arranging them beautifully in the bowl.
  • Toss in the black and green olives, mixing their unique textures with the cheese and pepper.

Marinade

  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white distilled vinegar, and dried Italian herbs until well blended.
  • Pour the dressing over the cheese and olive mixture and gently toss everything together.
  • Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to develop.

Serving

  • Serve the Marinated Cheese and Olives chilled or at room temperature.
