Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and peel the russet potatoes, cutting them into thick fries.

  • Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper over the potatoes.
  • Toss the potatoes to ensure they are well-coated with the seasoning.

Cooking

  • Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.

Voodoo Sauce Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, hot sauce, and honey to make the voodoo sauce.

Serving

  • Once fries are baked, remove from oven and drizzle the voodoo sauce over them.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a healthier alternative, consider using sweet potatoes and air-frying. Also, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure crispiness.
