  • 1-2 tablespoons hot honey Adjust according to desired spiciness.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For extra flavor.

  • Fresh basil leaves (optional) For garnish.
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional) For added heat.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out your pre-made pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet, brushing the surface with olive oil.
  • Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta liberally.
  • Season the pizza with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Drizzle hot honey over the pizza right after baking.

Serving

  • Optionally top with fresh basil leaves and crushed red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

For added toppings, consider sautéed mushrooms, arugula, or roasted garlic. Allow the pizza to rest for a few minutes after baking for easier slicing.
