Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat together the softened butter and sugar until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream, mixing well to achieve a rich batter.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients, folding gently but thoroughly until well integrated.
  • Fold in the finely chopped peaches.
  • Fill the muffin cups with batter, about 2/3 full.

Baking

Frosting
