  • 1 tablespoon sugar Adjust to taste

  • cup water To achieve creamy consistency

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the shelled pistachios evenly on a baking sheet and roast them for about 6 minutes, until they are warm and fragrant. Allow them to cool.
  • Blend the roasted pistachios in a food processor for 2–3 minutes until a coarse paste forms.
  • Add the white chocolate chips, sugar, salt, and water to the pistachio paste. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • If desired, drizzle in the oil while blending for an extra creamy texture.
  • Transfer the sweet pistachio spread into an airtight container and refrigerate.

Notes

For added flavor, consider vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon while blending. Store in a cool, dark place for freshness.
