  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

  • Remove the browned beef from the skillet and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sautéing them until softened and fragrant.
  • Add the diced potatoes to the skillet, letting them sizzle and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes until they begin to soften.
  • Return the ground beef to the skillet, and sprinkle in paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  • Pour in the beef broth, cover the skillet, and allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
