Cooking

  • Heat about half an inch of vegetable oil in a skillet to 365°F (185°C).
  • Spoon the batter by quarter-cupfuls into the hot oil, slightly flattening each spoonful to form fritters.
  • Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
