Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven warms.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, milk, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Using your hands, gently mix the ingredients until everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  • Spread ketchup evenly on top of the meatloaf for a tangy finish and added moisture.

Cooking

  • Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Notes
