Biscuit Wrapping

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough The perfect wrapping for our bombs.

Topping

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted For a golden, buttery finish.
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese To complement the garlic flavor.
  • 1 tsp minced garlic Because you can never have enough garlic!
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional, for garnish) Adds a touch of freshness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Break up the meat as it cooks.
  • Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle, spoon the meat mixture in the center, and fold over the edges.
  • Pinch the seams to seal and arrange on the baking sheet.

Baking

  • Mix the melted butter with Parmesan, minced garlic, and parsley, then brush over the tops of the bombs.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, sauté onions until caramelized. Feel free to add extras like pickles or barbecue sauce to the filling. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
