Ingredients

For the Lobster Tails

  • 2 pieces lobster tails vibrant and succulent, offering a sweet marine flavor
  • 2 tbsp butter melted, providing a rich, shimmering base for your sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced, ready to unleash its savory aromatics
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream the heart of the Alfredo, creamy and luscious
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese rich and nutty, adding depth to the sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt for balance and flavor enhancement
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly cracked for a gentle warmth
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning invoking the essence of Mediterranean herbs
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley a fresh, green garnish to elevate the dish visually

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Take your split lobster tails and gently brush them with the melted butter. Season them with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the meat turns opaque and tender.
  • While the lobster is baking, melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until golden and fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Gradually stir in the grated parmesan cheese until you achieve a smooth, velvety consistency.
  • Once the lobster tails are done, pour the creamy garlic parmesan sauce over them and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Ensure lobster tails are fresh or properly thawed. Avoid overcooking to prevent tough meat.
