Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise and pull the meat out gently so it rests on the shell.
  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper to create a garlic butter sauce.

Cooking

  • Arrange the lobster tails on a lined baking sheet. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat turns opaque and firm.
  • Drizzle the remaining garlic butter over the tails after removing from the oven.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, use fresh lobster tails. Consider adding a splash of hot sauce for extra flavor. Serve with sides like garlic bread or green salad to balance the richness.
