Cooking

  • Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and let cook for about 30 minutes.
  • While the beef simmers, cook egg noodles according to package instructions (6-8 minutes).
  • Drain the noodles and set aside.
  • Stir cooked egg noodles into the beef mixture and ensure they are well-coated.
  • Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top and cover to let it melt for about 2-3 minutes.
