  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  • In another bowl, blend the cottage cheese, egg yolks, and salt until smooth.
  • Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
  • Scoop the fluffy batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming rounds.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Allow the cloud bread to cool on a wire rack before serving.
