For the Caramel Drizzle

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Sift the almond flour, powdered sugar, and spices together.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the sifted dry ingredients into the meringue.
  • Pipe rounds onto a lined baking sheet and let them sit for 30-45 minutes until they form a dry shell.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and bake the macarons for 14-16 minutes.
  • Allow the macarons to cool completely.

Making the Filling

  • Beat softened butter with powdered sugar, spices, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.

Caramel Preparation
