  • 1 cup ricotta cheese Creamy texture

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Press your pie crust into a 9-inch tart or pie pan.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the spinach and sauté until wilted.
  • Remove the spinach from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mixing the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta cheese, heavy cream, grated Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
  • Stir in the cooked spinach until evenly distributed.

Baking

  • Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Allow the quiche to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider adding a dash of garlic powder or incorporating other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
