Creamy Sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your broiler to high.
  • Carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise to expose the meat. Pull the meat slightly upward.

Make Garlic Butter Mixture

  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until mixed well.

Brush Lobsters

  • Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.

Broil the Lobster

  • Place the lobster tails under the broiler for 8-10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.

Prepare Creamy Sauce

  • In a saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir for about 1 minute until smooth.
  • Gradually whisk in heavy cream, cooking for 3-4 minutes until thickened. Add Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, stirring until the sauce is silky.

Serve

  • Plate the broiled lobster tails and drape with the creamy sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, preheat your broiler properly. You can also add lemon zest for a zesty kick or use kitchen shears to cut lobster shells easily.
