Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the Baileys Irish Cream, vanilla ice cream, KahlĂșa, milk (or cream), and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If you prefer a colder, slushier texture, add crushed ice to the blender and blend again briefly.
  • Take a chilled glass and pour the blended mixture into it, leaving some space at the top for toppings.
  • Top the drink with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows atop the whipped cream.
  • Drizzle more chocolate syrup over the whipped cream and marshmallows.
  • Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy.

Notes

For a fresher taste, use homemade whipped cream. Experiment with flavored syrups, and try different toppings. The drink is best when served fresh.
