Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and add the marinara sauce.
  • Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper, stirring gently.

Cooking

  • Cover crockpot and set it to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Avoid lifting the lid frequently to maintain steam.

Finishing Touches

  • Once the chicken is tender, shred it using two forks and return it to the pot.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan, and shredded mozzarella until melted and creamy.
