Instructions
 

Cooking the Noodles

  • Boil water in a pot. Add udon noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender. Drain and cool slightly.

Making the Peanut Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and minced garlic (if using). Stir until smooth.

Combining the Noodles and Sauce

  • Add cooked udon noodles to the peanut sauce and gently toss until fully coated.

Adding Herbs and Chili

  • Chop fresh herbs and chili, and mix them into the noodle mixture.

  • Serve warm or at room temperature, garnished with extra herbs and chili if desired.

Notes
