Preparation

  • Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
  • Generously season the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth while scraping any bits stuck to the pan. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Stir until everything is generously coated in the sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnishing with extra Parmesan or parsley if desired.
