Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk them together until well blended and creamy.
  • Add the cotton candy flavoring to the mixture and stir well to ensure the flavor is evenly distributed.
  • Divide the mixture into two separate bowls. In one bowl, add a few drops of pink food coloring, and in the other, a few drops of blue food coloring.
  • Stir each bowl until the colors are fully blended, creating a lovely pastel pink and blue mixture.
  • In a freezer-safe container, spoon alternating layers of the pink and blue ice cream mixture to create a swirled effect.
  • Cover the container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.
  • Once frozen, scoop out the cotton candy ice cream and serve in bowls or cones.

Notes

For a more intense flavor, consider adding extra cotton candy flavoring. Mini marshmallows or sprinkles can be added for added texture and fun. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of edible glitter for a festive touch.
