- 1 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies Adds a sweet crunch.

Instructions
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy whipping cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until fully incorporated and velvety smooth.
- Stir in a few drops of blue gel food coloring until the desired blue color is achieved.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream mixture.
- Carefully add the crushed Oreos and chocolate chip cookies, folding them in to maintain the fluffiness.
- Transfer the fluff into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, garnish with extra crushed cookies, mini Oreos, mini chocolate chip cookies, and whipped cream.
