Preparation of Fries

  • If making homemade fries, cut the potatoes into sticks, soak them, and fry until golden. For frozen fries, bake according to package instructions or fry until soft.
  • Then, increase the heat to 400°F and fry until crispy and golden brown.

Add Cheese and Bake

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Once the fries are done, arrange them on a baking sheet and sprinkle cheese curds generously on top.
  • Place it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is just melted.

Prepare the Gravy

  • While the fries are in the oven, prepare your gravy. Make a simple homemade beef gravy or use a packet of gravy mix according to the package directions.
