Instructions
 

Preparation of Cookie Dough

  • Cream together the softened butter with both sugars and vanilla extract until the mixture is silky smooth.
  • Gradually incorporate the flour and salt, stirring until thoroughly combined.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

Assembly

  • Prepare your 9-inch springform pan by lining it with parchment paper or wrapping it in plastic wrap.
  • Spread half of the softened chocolate chip ice cream in an even layer at the bottom of the prepared springform pan and freeze for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Layer half of the softened vanilla ice cream over the chocolate layer and freeze for another 30 minutes.
  • Crumble the cookie dough over the vanilla ice cream layer, press gently, and return to the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Spread the remaining chocolate chip ice cream followed by the final layer of vanilla ice cream, pressing gently to meld. Freeze for a minimum of four hours or overnight.

Finishing Touch
