Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 6 minutes per side). Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.

Assembly and Baking

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, broccoli florets, sliced chicken, and half of the Alfredo sauce; mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce on top and sprinkle with additional Parmesan if desired.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
