  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough Roll out to create the base for the sticks.

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions Adds vibrancy.
  • 1/4 cup sour cream For serving, adds creaminess.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning to the skillet and follow package instructions.
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface and separate into triangles.
  • Spoon seasoned beef onto the wide end of each triangle, then add cheddar and mozzarella, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
  • Roll the triangles from the wide end to the point and place on a greased baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with sour cream and salsa on the side.
