Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
  • Once boiling, add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • While pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks, until cooked through and golden. Drain excess fat.

Cooking

  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer and let cook for about 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  • Add cooked rotini pasta to the skillet and gently stir until pasta is coated in the sauce.

Notes
