Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
  • to taste Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked, approximately 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried oregano.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the chicken mixture.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or in a separate skillet until pliable.
  • Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas and, if desired, spread sour cream on the inside before adding the filling. Roll them tightly.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure the skillet is hot before adding chicken for the best sear. Experiment with different cheese varieties for unique flavor profiles. For meal prep, cook the chicken ahead and store in the fridge.
