Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and set aside.

Preparing the Shrimp

  • Toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, roughly 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Cooking the Steak

  • Add remaining olive oil to the skillet and add the sliced steak.
  • Season with remaining Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the steak is browned.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • Mince the garlic and add to the skillet, sautéing for about a minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.

Combining Everything

  • Return the shrimp and steak to the skillet, then add the cooked fettuccine.
  • Toss everything together gently to coat the pasta.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
