  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze For that perfect zing
  • 1 teaspoon fig glaze or jam For a touch of sweetness
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt To bring out the best in all ingredients
  • fresh basil leaves For garnish and aroma

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the peach, heirloom tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
  • Core the peach and slice it into halves. Arrange the slices on a serving plate.
  • Slice the heirloom tomatoes and place them alongside the peach on the platter.
  • Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes across the plate.
  • Place the burrata on one end of the plate or tear it open for a relaxed presentation.
  • Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt over the assembled fruits and cheese.
  • Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze and fig glaze or jam atop the burrata.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

Notes

Allow the burrata to come to room temperature before serving. Experiment with different fruits and consider adding nuts for extra crunch.
